Returns Policy

In general we don’t offer returns and exchanges. We can only cancel your order if it's not fulfilled yet. Check out the section "Cancellation" below. If there is something wrong with your order we try to find a solution. Please pay attention to the following cases:

 

Damaged & mislabeled items

If a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally sent to you, or was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. For that you must provide us with photos of the misprinted/damaged/defective item ideally within 1 week after the item has been received.

 

Wrong Address

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. The first shipment will be returned to our fulfillment center and reshipped after we have confirmed an updated address with you.

 

Unclaimed 

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment center and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

 

Buyer’s remorse

We only offer refunds for damaged or mislabeled products, not for buyer’s remorse.

 

Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order, so that we can check the order status and cancel the order before the fulfillment process starts. We can't cancel and refund anymore, if your order already has been fulfilled.

So in case you want to cancel contact us through info@chsbynd.com. Don't forget to mention the order number!

 

Order was lost in transit

All of our shipping methods have tracking, although the accuracy may differ for some carriers. If it’s past the estimated delivery date and the buyer still hasn’t received their order, the package might be lost in transit. You should contact us no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If you don't know the estimated delivery date, you can contact us. Note that the fulfillment process alone takes at least on week, the delivery time depends on your location.

If the shipping address was correct, the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s and the order still hasn’t arrived, you should contact us no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date and our customer support will find a resolution for you. We usually cover the costs of fulfilling and shipping replacement orders.
